The UpRiver Village office is staffed by volunteers from 10a-2pm Monday through Friday. This is a virtual office; our office does not have a physical location. If incoming calls are often not answered immediately by a volunteer, calls go to voice mail. Volunteers may sometimes return calls from their personal phones, not the UpRiver Village phone number. Calls are responded to promptly during office hours. If a message is received after 2 pm or on the weekend, the call will be returned the next business day. Please let us know if you have questions.
