LEADERSHIP TEAM

The UpRiver Village Steering Council has been meeting monthly since March 2024. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to join our meeting or give input.

JANE FOREMAN - Chair
Jane is a retired RN, healthcare administrator and nonprofit executive director. She was previously a member of and volunteer for Eastside Village in Portland. 

TRACY MILLS - Vice Chair 
Tracy retired from Pacific NW Bell, the marine industry, and has volunteered with Maui Farmers' Union. Tracy wishes she'd become a nurse, and lives with her handsome husband and squirrelly velcro-dog. 

ANN HOHL - Treasurer
Ann is semi-retired with a background in Public Accounting and as Controller with a non-profit organization. Ann and her husband, Jim, love traveling, gardening and spending time with family. 

TAYLOR SEYMORE - Secretary
Taylor is a family counselor and recent MSW recipient with a history of supporting older adults. Taylor enjoys caring for her many house plants, two cats, and spending time with her family and friends. 

DEB SANCHEZ - Volunteer Team Leader
Deb enjoyed a long career in the education and non-profit worlds before giving retirement a try. She currently spends her time completing long overdue home projects, traveling and enjoying time with family and friends. 

ANGELA SOUTHWICK - Member Team Leader
Angela has worked and volunteered at peer-based non-profits for the last 20 years with a Masters degree focusing on Community Development and an interest in empowering people. Currently, she works as a Data Analyst at an Oregon-based non-profit, and spends her free time with her partner in nature, crafting and hanging out with their two cats. 

LESLIE LOUDERBACK  - Events Team Leader
Leslie is a retired elementary teacher. She worked for 20+ years for the Gresham Barlow school district. During that time she was the treasure of the union for two years. Before her employment with a school district she was a bookkeeper for USA National Bank. Leslie has lived in Troutdale and Southwest Gresham for the last 53 years. She has a partner who encouraged her to become a part of the wonderful Villages organization. 

GAVIN RUSSO - Tech Support Team Leader
Gavin is a full time cybersecurity student, who enjoys using his new found skills to help where he can.
